I’m in the SF area, doing the following:

Software Consulting

I continue to design and build AI products through my consultancy Harmonic Software.

Career Exploration

I’m exploring new full-time opportunities.

On one hand I’m considering entering the research world (academic or otherwise), particularly AI safety/alignment research, and even-more-particularly pluralistic-alignment research — I would love to research and develop products that help people better interface their values with AI systems, as I’ve written about in my Guardian Angels review and my “ARC Prize for personal-values alignment” piece.

At the same time I’m interested in CTO/founding-engineer/product-engineer positions that align with my above interests - I think I might enjoy being “close to the research” while leveraging my existing talents directly.

Overall I aim to do important, high-autonomy work with smart and thoughtful people. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to chat!

Various Personal Projects

• I am finishing up my second piano album (just need to make the art!) (first single here).
• I continue to play-test Sneaky Town.
